The market rate for two senior engineers doing this scope is well above where we are. We are asking for $12,000/month, which is still a strong deal for what you are getting.
O1 visa, specific timeline
We want to be in SF with the team. Timezone friction is our biggest blocker. Need a concrete ETA on when the immigration process kicks off.
$3,000 signing bonus on full-time conversion
